Absolutely stunning gig. And that pink sweater!Robert Martin

Having spent all day queuing for an autograph at Virgin Records and being turned away when we were the next to meet DB.....this concert was a joy.........highlight being when Bowie did my favorite "Drive in Saturday" an often passed over gem from his back catalog. Its was a "Crash course for the Ravers..!"Gerald Wilson

A Fantastic show. I remember being relatively close to Bowie and a fantastic crowd full of mad Bowie fans. What a night. Thank you DavidLee Webster

Was an amazing experience. standing at the front, holding on for dear life as the crowd heaved and pulled to inch closer to the stage. After what felt like ages the legend appeared on stage, youthful, smiling, and played an amazing set list that I still look back on with fondest if memories. that night he looked down at me from the stage and I was enthralled, a true fan connecting with his idol!Bash

I won my ticket on Bowienet , missed out on the meet and greet in virgin megastore, was so excited i left £100 hanging out of a cash machine but (somebody up there likes me) managed to run back to the machine and it was still there, phew. Queued in the wrong que for 4 hours then joined the 8 strong VIP queue that i should have been in, stood for 2 and half hours waiting with no support bands then .... WOW just WOWjohn eldridge

Iggy Pop was performing tracks from his latest LP release - The Idiot, which was a collaboration of his and David’s. When Bowie appeared at the Rainbow venue that one night - it was a complete surprise when he sat at the piano, with NO SPOTLIGHT on him. There were no more than 30 people in the audience, as Iggy was not well known, and nobody knew that Bowie would be there.Babs Poulden

Now THIS was a show! A dressed-down sailor in a casual pink sweater performs a wonderful set list that spoke to the future and to the past. All in the wonderful environs of the Astoria (sadly now lost to the public to make way for more overpriced transport routes!). And afterwards I joined my wife and her friends for a Mexican supper! Doesn't get much better!DumDumBoy
